Nate spent 8 years working on development deals from Mixed-use to Multi-family in the $5M-$25M range. He has recently focused on and completed several $10M+ LIHTC deals in Affordable Housing, and is excited to bring his skillsets to the DDG deal table.

Sergio is a real estate investor and, more recently, developer in the Baltimore market. He lives between the U.S. and Germany, bringing future development trends and best practices in progressive development and urban planning to the various opportunities DDG finds for investors.
